Everyone has encounters with the health care sector that impact them in various ways. The Health Law Examine is a space where we invite community members, students, clinicians, health law scholars and practitioners, and policy makers to share and discuss these encounters. Content should be accessible to readers from a variety of backgrounds.
Submissions should be between 600 - 1,000 words, single-spaced, double-spaced between paragraphs, with no paragraph indentations. Citations to sources should be via embedded hyperlinks. Please submit as a Word document.
Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. The editorial committee will generally inform the author of a publication decision within 2 - 3 weeks. We may suggest edits for style and citations.
The work submitted cannot have been previously published, and once published by The Health Law Examine, cannot be republished elsewhere for 10 business days. Authors retain the copyright to their submissions.
